Dennys Saenz is a profesional Executive Chef with extensive experience in luxury hotels and several restaurants in the Riviera Maya.
Born in Becal, Campeche, close to the limits of the state of Yucatan, he knows traditional mayan cuisine better than anyone and has managed to create unique dishes between ancient and contemporary mayan cuisine.

Our gastronomic proposal aims to unite traditional Mayan cuisine with contemporary Yucatecan cuisine, we propose a new language between the past and the present, where locally supplied ingredients and ancestral cooking methods are mixed in a unique way.
Our concept is an open kitchen, always with the doors open and always ready to go outdoors. We offer our guests a total gastronomic experience, from the collection of fruits, vegetables and herbs in our garden, the direct preparation of dishes, to the experience of enjoying your food wherever you want, on a picnic in our gardens, under the shade of centenary ceibas or directly on your own private terrace.
